LDA of Maine to hold Winslow yard sale

The Inaugural LDA of Maine Indoor Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m at the Winslow Fire Station on Benton Avenue.

LDA of Maine supporters should drop by for steamed hotdogs, popcorn, hot coffee, cider, cocoa and tea. Great yard sale items will be for sale at bargain prices. Baked goods and preserves will also be available.

Those who make or sell can rent a table to sell their wares by calling 465-7700 or 877-208-4029. Table rental fees are $20 and vendors keep the proceeds from their sales.

LDA is looking for gently used items (no clothing please) that donors would be willing to either deliver that morning between 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the yard sale location, or if need be, deliver to the LDA office location at 97 Rocky Shore Lane in Oakland.

Please note that storage space is very limited. Those wanting to donate but unable to attend the yard sale should call first before dropping off items.
