Adapted Home & Business transitions to MAC
Adapted Home and Business (AHAB), a division of Alpha One, and Maine Accessibility Corporation (MAC), are working together to transition AHAB's product offerings, sales, and customer service to MAC. We expect the transition to be fully completed by February 1, 2013.
We want to assure you that the efficient, friendly service you have come to associate with AHAB will not only continue through MAC, but the services will also expand. Together, through their work within the state of Maine, AHAB and MAC have helped many individuals to live independently in their homes.
By closing AHAB and working with MAC on our projects and referrals, Alpha One will be better able to focus its time and resources on its core mission, serving Maine people with disabilities. Through its many other programs and services, Alpha One will continue its role within the disability community offering services that promote independent living.
MAC is a Maine based company, started in 2000, whose home office is in Hermon. MAC has more than 20 years experience in the accessibility industry and is proud of its strong reputation in this market. In the spring of 2012, MAC further showed its commitment to southern Maine by opening a showroom in Scarborough. Additionally, MAC will be sharing space with Alpha One at Alpha One's Main Street, South Portland location.
Kevin Grass, who has been a service technician for AHAB, and an employee of Alpha One for ten years, will continue to service your accessibility needs as an employee of MAC. Kevin has the experience, knowledge, and skills that will compliment MAC's business and serve their customers well.
We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve your needs in the future. Should you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions about the transition, please contact us.
